The Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Transport, Communications and Works, announce that 72 Cypriots will arrive today, who are abroad with the Aegean flight that arrives at Larnaca airport around 16:30.
Following coordinated efforts, 26 people from the following countries were able to gather in Doha, Qatar, to travel to Athens: 17 from Australia, 3 from Qatar, 2 from the Philippines, 1 from China, 1 from Japan, 1 from Korea and 1 by Sri Lanka.
The above passengers will board an AEGEAN flight and will travel from Athens to Larnaca along with 46 repatriates from Greece.
It is noted that the flight from Athens to Larnaca is an offer of the airline AEGEAN and the HELLENIC PETROLEUM group that provided the fuel for this flight and the Government wishes to publicly thank both companies for their kind offer.
