A complaint for medical negligence is being investigated by the Paphos TAE regarding the death of a 41-year-old man who died on Saturday afternoon while he was at the Paphos General Hospital.
The complaint was made by the wife of the unfortunate man who had experienced abdominal pain about two weeks ago.
Last Friday he was taken to Paphos General Hospital. Despite the doctors' recommendations to stay for treatment, he asked to leave at his own risk. At noon the next day, the 41-year-old returned to the hospital where a few hours later he passed away.
The legal causes of death of the unfortunate 41-year-old are expected to be shed by the legal autopsy on his body which will be performed by medical examiners Angeliki Papetta and Orthodox Orthodox.
