The conditions of a serious traffic collision in Nicosia, which resulted in the serious injury of a 27-year-old and two children aged 6 and 8, are being investigated by the Police.
The traffic accident happened around 3.15 yesterday afternoon, on the Nicosia - Kokkinotrimithias highway, in the direction of Kokkinotrimithia, where the 27-year-old was driving a car, with her three children, aged 8, 6 and 3, as passengers. is in a child seat. At a point on the road, near Anthoupolis, under conditions that are being investigated, the car of the 27-year-old collided with a car in front, resulting in the injury of the 27-year-old and her three children.
Members of the Police rushed to the scene for examinations, while the 27-year-old and the three children were transported by ambulance to the General Hospital of Nicosia where it was found that the two children aged 6 and 8, as well as the 27-year-old were seriously injured and held for treatment. The three-year-old received first aid and was discharged.
The circumstances under which the traffic accident occurred are being investigated by the Lakatamia Police Station.
