Paphos Police are investigating a case of internet theft and account theft.
According to an announcement by the Police, on 8.10.21 at 17:00, a 31-year-old resident of Paphos was reported to the Paphos Police Department that her electronic account, which she has in the bank, was violated, resulting in a withdrawal of 3.500 euros.
The complainant then informed her bank, which closed the account so that no other withdrawal could be made from her account.
TAE Paphos in collaboration with the Cybercrime Squad of the Police Headquarters, are investigating the case.
