Ingredients
- 1 cups teaspoon of white sugar
- 1/2 cup teaspoon butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- 1 1/2 cups teaspoon flour for all uses
- 1 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup tea milk
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Implementation

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and lightly butter a cake pan.

Beat the sugar and butter in a bowl using an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and continue beating.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a separate bowl, add to the butter mixture and continue mixing.

Add the milk, lemon zest and lemon juice and mix until smooth.
step 5
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
