Ingredients
- 5-7 lemons (1 teacup lemon juice, lemon slices for garnish)
- 4 fl. tea water, divided
- 1 fl. honey tea
- 1 tbsp dried edible lavender
- 4 fl. ice tea
Implementation

Place 2 cups water, honey and lavender in a medium saucepan.

Heat the pan over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes until the honey melts, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and set aside for about 20 minutes.

Pour the lemon juice into a jug. Place a coffee filter in its slot and pour in the lavender mixture to filter out the lavender leaves, which you will discard.

Add the remaining 2 cups of water and the ice and blend.

Add the lemon wedges for garnish and serve.
