A serious traffic accident occurred a while ago in the area of Agia Thekla in Sotira.
According to the first information, a vehicle appears under conditions that are being investigated to have entered the opposite lane in a detour used due to road works, near the Ayia Napa marina and collided with a bus.
The collision was fierce and an ambulance was called to the scene to transport the injured to the hospital.
The road was cut off by the Police and the traffic is channeled to the highway.
