Alex Rocca: The athlete with a physical disability was applauded in the Marathon (VIDEO)

The Catalan athlete Alex Roca, who is an example for all, ran in the Radisson Blue Larnaca Marathon.

Six-month-old athlete Alex Rocca contracted severe viral encephalitis from a herpes virus that left him 76% physically disabled due to brain damage.

The runner finished in 1:06:36 in the 10 km race and received a standing ovation from the crowd.
