Accumulation of water is observed around 12.30 on Sunday afternoon, at points on the Larnaca-Ayia Napa highway and especially at the height near Xylofagou, in the direction of Ayia Napa, where the road is dangerously slippery.
The Police recommends special attention to the passing drivers, who are encouraged to drive their vehicles at a safe, low speed and to keep a safe distance from oncoming vehicles.
