Recipe for Stuffed Eggs

For the Resurrection table

  • 10 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise tea
  • 1 kg mustard
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste


step 1

Cut the boiled red eggs in half and place the yolks in a bowl.

step 2

Add the mayonnaise, mustard, parmesan, salt and pepper and mix until smooth, 1 or 2 minutes.

step 3

With a spoon put the yolk mixture in half of the egg whites, garnish with a little ketchup on top and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes before serving.
