"We should and must raise the issue of Europe not only for the EEZ but also for Famagusta in parallel with Belarus.
We have a European Court of Justice ruling. "The protest we are making at the UN is not enough", said the lawyer. Asked to answer about what else the PD can do, Mr. Angelidis said that the Cypriot people must also react. "A people who do not protest what message it sends to foreigners," he wondered.
"The people of Famagusta showed, like all the displaced people, they showed great love for their homeland. They demanded the full restoration of their property.
"Some have already made arrangements," said Mr. Angelidis. "With this as a given, there was an organized effort with legal advisers. "These must be studied, but in his view, private support cannot be left without the guidance of the State," the lawyer added.
